Do you remember the famous game Pang? Where you spent the dead hours playing in arcades. The rules are the same as before but in a much improved version. Move the protagonist of the game for all the screen to destroy all the balls you they appear, preventing them touch you, or you subtracted life. Sometimes you will fall items that will help you achieve your goal.
